future senior boys are taking over the journalism room right now :/

Ahhhhhhh. The title explains it all. Just now, a few of the future senior boys decided to invade the journalism room. Us Independent Study of Journalism students are quite upset with this take over. They think they can do what they want…. BUT they can’t…. They’re playing “Quake”, it’s extrememly lame. Don’t get addicted like them… I’m watching boy#1 right now and it’s not very amusing… Just killing flying things and plus the graphics aren’t even that good at all. Then there are other boys just watching intensely, wow…. they are cool. I want to be just like them…. I’m watching them play obviously, but only to examine the lameness of the game. Even though these boys are losers…. it’s funny since the fact that they are so into the “silly” game, amuses ME.

 

Alright, I should get going. I think I’m going to play some “Quake” since it’s like the best game ever!…..NOT.

STEP TO THE UP DAY!

Yo MIKA! Haha. I was just thinking of the lollipop song by MIKA, but yeah… anyways…. It’s STEP TO THE UP DAY RIGHT NOW! I’m technically in one of my VHS classes AKA bonding time with Mrs. Bon-ohhhh! Jeezum crackers, my schedule is already messed up. I’m kind of pretending that my schedule for next year is like set and stuff, but it’s not at all. Moving on…. I met the new Guidance Counselor, awww she’s so cute and YOUNG. She has a huge spot to fill for next year, most definitely…. It will definitely be a fantabulous experience for her though (in a good way). I forget her name already, but she’s pretty rad based on the heart to heart I had with her this morning. Hopefully she can FIX MY SCHEDULE!!!!!!!

 

Well I should probably get going and pretend I’m actually taking part in this whole idea of STEP TO THE UP DAY! ……. D’PASJKLD;FHIO;AFHSDNO;ZIFYUSDNO AFISDUAHVOPFISDA<— That’s what is going on right now in my brainnnnnnnn.

Alrighty then. Right this second, I’m in the journalism room and typing away on my bloggers (saweet). I’m also listening to some MIKA, holy wow, he’s awesome. He’s from LA and just amazing. I’ve been listening to him lately and he’s just like shabam! Download some of his jams. Me likey “Grace Kelly”, “Happy Ending”, “Stuck in the Middle” and I could just go on and on, but those 3 are definitely my favorites….So anyways… this past weekend was quite eventful. It went by very quickly. Class night was on Thursday night, that was pretty sad. I was doing good at the end, then all the underclassmen went to chat with the seniors and hugaroo, but I kind of cracked like an egg. Then hugging/chatting with Izzer just kinda finished me off, started crying :/ So then I decided wow I’m a loser I need to stop, so I told myself I wasn’t going to cry at Graduation… Then Graduation came along the next night on Friday and I was waiting  to go through the receiving line… Starting thinking more about the seniors leaving… I got real sad. It just hit me at that moment that they just GRADUATED! While waiting to start the receiving line, I saw one of my obsessions so that was a plus but he didn’t make up for the fact that the seniors were graduating and leaving all of us at Hopkins.

So yeah… Then I went through the receiving line… Ahhhh not good. Compared to Class Night I cried a river. It was terrible, then I ran into family friends that haven’t seen me in a while and I was like still crying and it just wasn’t good at all! AKA embarrassing.

Moving on from Graduation night…. Then Saturday I had SAT IIs, that was a BLAST! Oh and then I worked at Atkins Farms and I was a mess there. For some reason, that day (Saturday) I was screwing everything up. The cash register was being silly and I just was being extrememly spacy, basically that day of work didn’t go too well. Oh that just reminded me of an incident I had that day…

So it all started when this old guy came to Atkins a couple weeks ago and we were chatting away while I was checking him out (grocery wise), I commented on his Livestrong bracelet and how I used to have one, but I lost it. Then he’s like “Oh really?”, I was like “yeah”… Then he said “Oh, you’re youth side, right?”… I was like “Yeah….” Then he was said how he was going to bring one in for me and I said “Oh no… You don’t have to”. So then he peaced and didn’t see him for a while. BUT he came into Atkins this past Saturday and I was like “I think I have something for you…” , I got real confused. His wife comes running in and hands me a Livestrong bracelet still in the package, I was like ‘AWWWW’ THEN I wanted to pay for it aka ($1), but they wouldn’t let me… It was SO NICE of him. So yeah moving on….

The rest of the weekend was full of graduation parties, sleeping, eating, gossiping. Yeah… Oh and I just realized that the SENIORS ARE LEGIT GONE! Oh and that this year is pretty much done! IT’S ALREADY EXAM WEEEK. I should probably start studying…. hmmmmm. That would be the “responsible” thing to do…. Alright I need to get going, but I’ll try to blog soon. Maybe tonight? Get pumped!!!!

Helllo…. Yeah so I’m going to try to blog more about myself?… At least that’s what Denise told me to do. But…. I DO WHAT I WANT, WOMAN! heheh. No but really, I guess I’ll try to blog more about myself. I just feel conceited if I just blog about me, me, and… me.

I finally just finished my math project, that was a blast. THANKS MR. GER, it was so much fun!!! hah.

My new favorite song of the week is called “happy ending” by MIKA, IT’S TOTALLLY RADDD, DUDE.

I am currently in my Independent Study of Journalism… But I’m in the computer lab. Anyways, today has been a bit silly. I haven’t done much just because I don’t want to. This school year needs to just come to an end. I know it’s almost over, but I feel as if it isn’t happening quickly enough. Anyways, there is just so much that has to be done before the end of the year and I’m just kind of freaking out right now thinking about it all.

END OF THE YEAR PARTAY & CLASS NIGHT ARE IN 2 DAYS. JEEEZUM.

That’s basically it. Oh and DAN BERN IS COMING TO THE IRON HORSE THIS FRIDAY (GRADUATION), not that you would not go to graduation but if you’re free and not going you should definitely go to graduation! I’m trying to say if for some reason you can’t/don’t want to go to graduation, the only legit reasoning for that is if you’re going to see DAN BERN! Ahhhh, I’m so jealous of everyone that is going, because it’s going to be a great show. By the way Dan Bern is an amazing musician/songwriter/everything! ahhhh. Check him out, he’s somewhat of a modern version of Bob Dylan…. So yeah, ch ch ch check it out!

uh oh.

uh oh. I didn’t go to the guys tournament game. I really wasn’t feeling well last night/today, so I went home early. Hopefully they’ll win… That’d be pretty saweet. If it counts for anything, I was planning on going,  but my tummy hurts way too much. So yeah, I was going to blog earlier today during school before I left to go home BUT for some reason wordpress wasn’t working. Who knows… they’re blocking stuff left and right on our computers at school.

 

So today my english project was due…. Wow, I didn’t sleep at all last night/this morning besides for like a 45 minute power nap that just killed me. Anyways, I finished my project BUT I forgot the die at home along with cutting the paper money. But now it’s cut and I packed the die in my bag for next english class, I hope my class enjoys CAPOTEOPOLY. Haha it’s SOOOOO corny, but whatever… I DO WHAT I WANT. heh.

 

TOMORROW IS OUR FIRST STUDENT COUNCIL MEETING WITH THE NEW 2008-2009 COUNCIL. oh babyyyyyyyyy. I AM PSYCHED FOR THAT. Attention: You student council members for 2008-2009 BETTER ATTEND. It’s going to be a ton of fun, don’t miss out. hah!  No but really, I’m being totally serious.

Seniors gone? –> wowzersss

WOWZERRRSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS….I was just thinking… the school year is almost over. after this upcoming week, its exam week. holy big poop. I can’t believe it….. It definitely hasn’t hit me yet. I feel as if I was in school this past friday, it would have finally hit me since the seniors had their last day but I was in Ca-nad-u-huh. haha. But yeah…. wow graduation and class night are this upcoming week.

 

Anyways…. next year is going to be intense but at the same time, UH-MAY-ZING. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Yeah, I haven’t “blogged” in a while, my bad. Been SO busy. It’s like out of control, so much work to do for school along with ya know being basically the bestest of all the Atkins Farms employees… hahah I got employee of the month…. NOT. No but really….

 

So yeah, thought I’d update you all with my life. It’s been just mad busy and hectic. Once this school year is over, things will be a lot less stressful. Socially, academically, but not athletically. Since this summer will be fun of HOCKEY HOCKEY HOCKEY. oh and COLLEGE COLLEGE COLLEGE. oh baby. BUT, I’m psyched about it at the same time. heheh.

Like O-M-G, I’m like sitting next to my bestest friend ever! By the way, her name is Emily Anne Izer. She is like the coolest person ever, I couldn’t live one day without her! She totally completes my life. Everything about her, I just adore. Whenever we’re together, I’m just so happy! So yeah, I’m like totally freaking out about the summer because it’s going to be so much FUN! (aka I get to spend like every day with Emily Ann Izer!) Ahhhhhhh. I can’t wait!

Wow…. I just was checking my email and got an email from Ms. Bernier. I needed to confirm her comment on one of my blog entries. I was like “WOAHHHH, OH BABY, BABY!” Hahhhh. Someone actually read my blog, thats intense stuff. Just thought I’d share my feelings concerning my excitement that just one person read one of my blog entries and I think that’s crazy-ness.

 

Anyways…. Yeah basically I’m going to start planning this Dance Marathon ASAP. I’m psyched for next year, Student Council is going to own and just be amazing. After next year, everyone is just going to want to be on the Council, it’s gonna be saweeeet! OH BABY!

So yeah, comment any ideas you may have concerning the Dance Marathon, I’m open to you guys’ opinions and ideas!

northampton music venues.

Basically you people need to check the northampton venues out. I feel as if not enough people know about the Iron Horse, Pearl Street, The Basement, The Calvin and The Pines. These music places will rock the socks off your feet. They attract some pretty sweet musicians. Not the typicial artists that are played on 93.7 and 95.7. These are actually legit musicians who may not be known to the typical people but are just not yet discovered. Or, these music venues attract oldies who are still awesome. Just basically, check these places out. Go to www.iheg.com. Check out the different artists and bands playing at various places and go to a concert! It’ll be so worth it!

If you think you’re too cool for any of these places, then that’s sad… Just try to be open minded. There are so many amazing singers/song writers out there that you must see live! Money is well spent going to any of these Northampton Music Venues! ahhhhh.

p.s. obviously there are many other music venues in the area similar to the ones I named off, I might know of some of them but might not. If you can think of any, comment on this entry, I’m interested in what some others are so then I can check them out.
